Lead the functional migration of SAP CRM capabilities to SAP S/4HANA Service Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of CRM business capabilities, including functional and technical objects, configuration, code, and data into S/4HANA.
• Own the transition of Account Management, Contract Management, Request Management, Case Management, Task Management, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Manage the migration of current CAMS ERP Middleware, specifically RFCs and BDocs, into the S/4HANA environment.
• Gather requirements and deliver functional designs and build specifications.
• Provide subject matter expertise on cross-functional SAP system integration during the S/4HANA transition.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of overall SAP experience.
• At least 2 full-cycle migrations from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA completed in a lead capacity.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management.
• In-depth functional knowledge of SAP ECC CRM and CRM version 6.
• Mandatory experience working within the Public Sector.
• Proven ability to handle functional and technical object transitions.
• Expertise in SAP CRM module configuration and data migration.
• Experience managing ERP Middleware including RFCs and BDocs.
• Any Graduate degree.
