Description

You will implement, optimize, and support SAP CRM Service management processes and workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP CRM Service solutions for service orders, contracts, request management, and complaints handling.
• Configure service functions including warranties, repairs, resource scheduling, and service confirmations.
• Set up pricing, billing, and invoicing processes for service scenarios.
• Integrate SAP CRM Service with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA modules such as SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO.
• Manage data synchronization using middleware tools like SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM Service implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience integrating CRM with SAP SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO modules.
• Proficiency with SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Integration middleware.
• Ability to design service delivery workflows and backend system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
