Description

Design and implement SAP CRM Service Module solutions, covering master data, service order management, and billing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure system transactions, action profiles, status management, and the transaction tax engine.
• Manage logistic integration with ERP systems and handle complete project implementation and deployment.
• Oversee RFCs and ensure smooth hand-over to the support team.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues using standard service BADIs, FMs, and debugging tools.
• Integrate with non-SAP systems via IDocs, WebServices, and OData.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP CRM Service Module functional consulting.
• Deep knowledge of master data: Installed Base, Pricing, Org data, Business Partners, and Products.
• Experience with service order management, including in-house repair and field repair processes.
• Proficiency in Smartforms and Mailforms configurations.
• Understanding of CRM Middleware, including IDOCs and BDOCs processing in CRM and ERP.
• Basic knowledge of ERP SD/MM (Equipment, Sales Orders, Material Reservations) and FICO for billing/contract scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Lease Accounting Engine knowledge for billing and contract scenarios.
• Experience with integration architectures and middleware tools.
