3+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP CRM technical development.
Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL, and enhancement techniques.
Proficiency in ABAP, including debugging tools and performance‑oriented coding.
Experience in CRM middleware configuration, BDOCs, and queue management.
Familiarity with IDoc, BAPI, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) for system integration.
Understanding of SAP CRM modules such as Service Management, Sales, and Marketing.
Good understanding of integration with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other SAP or non‑SAP systems.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
