Description

You will own the technical design and implementation of SAP CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation and support of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0 modules within the AMS framework.
• Develop and customize SAP CRM solutions to meet ongoing business requirements.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for SAP CRM applications, aligning with UX best practices.
• Configure and manage technical and UI aspects across Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS modules.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience as an SAP CRM Technical Consultant focusing on technical and UI aspects.
• In-depth technical knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0, including Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS.
• Strong UI/UX design and development skills.
• Proficiency with SAPUI5 and Fiori for custom UI development.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP CRM projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
