Description

You will lead the technical implementation, support, and UI/UX design of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0 modules within an AMS framework.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Design and customize SAP CRM solutions for Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS.
• Build user-friendly interfaces using SAPUI5 and Fiori, aligning with UX best practices.
• Provide continuous technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP CRM projects.
• Configure ERMS to automate email response processes and develop dashboards for tracking metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM technical strategies with operational needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP CRM Technical Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 2.0.
• Strong proficiency in SAPUI5 and Fiori for UI/UX design and development.
• Experience with Activity Management, Marketing, Service, and ERMS modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical issues within an AMS environment.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in CRM.
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA modules.
