Description

Lead functional implementation and support of SAP CRM Trade Promotions Management (TPM) modules, managing planning, configuration, and technical development for S4 and CRM integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM TPM planning, configuration, and technical development for implementation and support projects.
• Manage CRM/TPM master data setup, including Business Partner, Employee Responsible, Responsibility Area, and Product Hierarchy.
• Coordinate data loads between S4 and CRM for customers, materials, and condition records.
• Oversee integration touch points between S4, BI, and third-party systems.
• Provide hands-on testing and Go-Live support for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of SAP CRM functional consulting experience, specifically focusing on TPM.
• Deep understanding of TPM processes, master data, and integration with S4 SD, FI, fund management, and claims processing.
• Proven experience with S4 HANA and SD integration.
• Experience managing middleware enhancements and BDoc extensions.
• Ability to support complex change management within integrated environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to code on BAdIs and classes, and debug ABAP classes and RFCs.
• Knowledge of integration with BW, IP, BPS, or planning engines.
