Description

You implement and support SAP CRM solutions, managing order creation, service issues, and credit/debit returns while integrating with Sales & Distribution and external systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP CRM modules, including order processing and service issue resolution.
• Configure complex pricing scenarios and manage CRM-to-SD integration.
• Design and execute integrations with Gateway, BW, SMTP, and non-SAP systems via EDI, IDocs, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, performing ABAP debugging and analyzing database layer interactions.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts, and manage testing using Worksoft, ALM, and ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support.
• Deep knowledge of CRM and Sales & Distribution (SD) integration.
• Experience with SAP Gateway, BW, and SMTP integrations.
• Proficiency in ABAP syntax and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with EDI, IDocs, ALE/RFC, and middleware tools.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce (SDFC), Apigee, and GCP.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Worksoft, ALM, Valgenesis, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing and developing custom SAP CRM solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for consulting with application development teams.
