Description

Manage SAP CRM support and implementation projects for business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP CRM modules to meet business requirements.
• Integrate CRM functionality with Gateway, BW, and SMTP systems.
• Manage order creation, service issue handling, and credit/debit/return processes.
• Coordinate CRM and Sales & Distribution integration workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP CRM support and implementation.
• Deep understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration.
• Hands-on experience with order creation and service issue handling.
• Technical proficiency in credit, debit, and return processes.
• Experience integrating CRM with Gateway, BW, and SMTP.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP C/4HANA - Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with SAP CRM Interaction Center and lead roles.
