Description

Design and configure SAP Customer Service (CS) solutions within ECC and S/4 HANA environments. Own the technical implementation of business requirements and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP CS module settings and options at the project level to satisfy business needs.
• Translate user requests into technical application solutions, enhancements, and modifications.
• Design test plans, execute scenarios, validate data, and document all test results.
• Define requirements for specific system forms and reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on process design, configuration, and system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with detailed SAP technical configuration and business process knowledge in the CS module.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including the ability to articulate differences from R/3.
• Proficiency using LSMW, SQVI, and SQ01.
• Experience working in integrated SAP environments with a single controlling area and multiple company codes/regions.
• Strong understanding of database applications, system development, and report writing.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices.
• Ability to work within SAP ECC and S/4 HANA frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of the SAP SD module.
