Description
You will lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations and manage complex system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP CS modules to align with business processes.
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support for SAP CS issues to minimize system downtime.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and junior staff on functionalities and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with MM and SD modules to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
- Manage projects for SAP CS enhancements and upgrades within timeline and budget constraints.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in SAP CS and SAP S4HANA.
- 8+ years of specific experience in SAP CS Warranty.
- Proven experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
- Expertise in Service Notifications, Service Orders, and Service order settlement.
- Hands-on experience with Debit Memo Request, Debit Memo, and returns and repair processes.
- Proficiency in DIP profile configuration and partner function configurations.
- Knowledge of Advance shipment and billing processes, and IDoc processing.
- Experience with maintenance plan scheduling and time sheet entry/confirmations via CATS.
- S4HANA certification.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong analytical and presentation skills.
