Description

You will serve as a functional consultant specializing in SAP Customer Service and Plant Maintenance modules. You analyze client As-Is designs for maintenance, service, and warranty processes to propose technical solution designs. You manage end-to-end business processes including field service, project planning, costing, revenue, billing, and monitoring. You configure and oversee repair project planning and maintenance workflows. You handle reporting requirements and manage third-party integrations with SAP service and maintenance orders. You deliver configured tasks within project timelines to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client As-Is designs for maintenance, service, and warranty processes.
• Propose technical solution designs for business requirements.
• Configure and oversee repair project planning and maintenance workflows.
• Manage end-to-end business processes including costing, revenue, and billing.
• Handle reporting requirements and third-party integrations with SAP service orders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting.
• Proficiency in SAP CS (Customer Service) module.
• Proficiency in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
• Deep understanding of field service and project planning processes.
• Experience with costing, revenue, and billing workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP FI integration.
• Experience managing third-party integrations with SAP service orders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA Service.
