Description

You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP Service Management, focusing on CS and PM modules. You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from design to support.

Responsibilities

• Configure service tickets, orders, and confirmations.
• Manage end-to-end business processes for installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business blueprinting.
• Execute functional design workshops, configuration, and cutover activities.
• Provide ongoing support and manage change management processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Service Management module.
• Functional knowledge of SAP CS and SAP PM.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation from design to support.
• Any graduate degree.
