Description

Direct the end-to-end cutover process and deployment strategy for global SAP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed cutover plans aligned with global template guidelines.
• Manage the full cutover lifecycle, including planning, dry runs, and reporting.
• Lead regional cutover and site readiness teams while coordinating with the Global Cutover Lead.
• Design deployment approaches that account for infrastructure complexity, dependencies, and geographical footprint.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders to report on project health, risks, and issue mitigation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience deploying complex, standardized business processes across global organizations.
• Proven experience in SAP cutover management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in international and multi-cultural environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and site readiness activities.
• Strong communication skills for status reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
