Description

You will secure and maintain SAP systems, focusing on hardening, patch management, and landscape modernization.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP Basis systems, performing regular updates, patch management, and system hardening to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Review and apply SAP Security Notes and advisories to protect the system landscape.
• Manage and secure SAP applications throughout their lifecycle using SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM).
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager to monitor system integrity and implement security recommendations.
• Analyze cybersecurity and hardening requirements for SAP system landscape modernization, covering both vendor and custom code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in SAP system hardening and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell scripting and Python.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM).
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of information security management frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Experience with Application Security Testing and SAP Code Vulnerability Analyzer (CVA).
