Description

Lead SAP data architecture and migration efforts within a pharmaceutical environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop data migration plans and establish timelines based on project requirements.
• Execute pre-load and post-load validation of migration results, managing dropouts and advising on data cleansing.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, Basis, security, and compliance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client meetings and manage data stage gate activities.
• Work with development and consulting teams to deliver SAP services and solutions.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in SAP Data Architecture and Migration.
• Deep technical expertise in ABAP.
• Proven experience with SAP Data Migration in the Pharma industry.
• Experience in data analysis, scoping, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with market-leading data migration tools and accelerators.
• Knowledge of data objects across various SAP modules and cross-functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills for working across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
