Description

Lead SAP data architecture and migration efforts in a pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-load and post-load validation of migration results, managing dropouts and advising on data cleansing requirements.
• Develop data migration plans and establish timelines based on specific project needs.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, Basis, security, and compliance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client meetings and manage data stage gate activities.
• Work with development and consulting teams to deliver SAP services and solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Data Architecture and Migration.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP.
• Pharma industry experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, scoping, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with market-leading data migration tools and accelerators.
• Knowledge of data objects across various modules and cross-functional requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
