Description

Lead SAP data migration efforts and architecture design within a pharmaceutical environment. You will own the full migration lifecycle, from planning to validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop data migration plans and establish timelines aligned with project needs.
• Execute pre-load and post-load validation of migration results, managing dropouts and advising on data cleansing requirements.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, Basis, security, and compliance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client meetings and manage data stage gate activities.
• Partner with development and consulting teams to deliver SAP services and solutions.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in SAP Data Architecture and Data Migration.
• Proven experience in data analysis, scoping, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on expertise with ABAP.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Data Analysis and Data Analytics.
• Experience with Data Cleaning and managing data objects across various modules.
• Familiarity with market-leading data migration tools and accelerators.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
