SAP Data Migration

Lead technical migration execution and architectural design for SAP S/4HANA and ASE to HANA conversions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute ASE to HANA migrations, S/4 HANA conversions, and S/4 upgrades using SUM DMO.
• Drive technical discussions with customers to develop solution roadmaps and migration strategies.
• Design and implement SAP high availability, disaster recovery, and virtualization architectures.
• Manage migration tasks across heterogeneous environments, ensuring stable operations and high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP Technical Administration, preferably with strong SAP Basis expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on execution experience in migration scenarios (not just coordination).
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion paths, and migration tools.
• Experience with at least one hyperscale cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and OS/DB migration to these platforms.
• Strong understanding of SQL, MaxDB, and network technologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical implementation and change management approaches.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA conversion and OS/DB Migration certifications.
• Expertise across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies.
