Description

You will own the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define migration approaches, data mapping, and transformation rules for legacy systems to S/4HANA.
• Design and develop ETL jobs in SAP BODS for extracting, transforming, and loading data.
• Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and reconciliation to meet business standards.
• Manage migration cycles including mock runs, cutover planning, and go-live support.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on BODS and data migration best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration projects.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BODS.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA data migration and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying SAP BODS jobs and workflows.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
