You will lead end-to-end data migration activities for a global S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring high-quality data readiness and successful integration into the SAP landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage data migration cycles including extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) for S/4HANA.
• Ensure data quality, cleansing, validation, and readiness before migration.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to define data requirements and mapping.
• Support cutover planning and execution for data migration activities.
• Collaborate with global teams on wave-based deployment and identify migration risks.

Required Skills

• 10–12+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration or Data Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration projects.
• Experience working with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
• Exposure to integrated systems such as Ariba, Salesforce, or IBP.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation.
• Proven experience in large-scale global transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial domain.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
• Experience with migration tools like LSMW, Migration Cockpit, or ETL tools.
