Description

Lead the data management and migration workstream to plan and execute deliverables aligned with the project roadmap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy and detailed plan for the Data Migration and Management project stream.
• Identify and scope data migration objects, including master data, transaction data, and balances.
• Coordinate data mapping from current-state to future-state designs with data stewards and experts.
• Align migration efforts with other workstreams to ensure data availability for integration and user acceptance cycles.
• Establish process steps for data quality, including mapping procedures and pre-load and post-load validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data migration and management.
• Expertise in managing master data and transaction data.
• Experience developing data migration strategies and detailed project plans.
• Ability to coordinate data mapping and validation across end-to-end process value streams.
• Experience supporting tool selection for data extraction, mapping, staging, and loading.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
