Description

You will lead data migration strategies and execution for large-scale SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data migration strategies, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Analyze source systems and target SAP structures to define mapping, transformation, and validation rules.
  • Design and configure ETL tools including SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, and LTMC.
  • Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead mock migration cycles, reconcile data, and troubleshoot migration errors.
  • Maintain technical documentation including mapping specifications, procedures, and test scripts.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration across large-scale implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), LSMW, LTMC, or SAP Migration Cockpit.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
  • Expertise in data analysis, cleansing, and validation.
  • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with S/4HANA migration projects (Greenfield or Brownfield).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • SAP certification in Data Services, Data Management, or relevant modules.
  • Knowledge of GRC, IAG, or data governance frameworks.
