Description

Lead SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations, owning program delivery, technical architecture, and hands-on configuration in a global matrixed environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive program delivery and management across complex organizational structures.
• Manage technical program aspects, including data migration and interface architecture.
• Perform hands-on configuration for on-premises and cloud-based SAP environments.
• Communicate project status and technical requirements to senior stakeholders.
• Align HR business processes with technical solutions in a global context.

Required Skills

• 12+ years implementing SAP HCM.
• 7+ years implementing SAP SuccessFactors Cloud-based SaaS.
• Deep functional knowledge of Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Proficiency in Learning Management, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession & Development.
• Experience with Compensation, Variable Payment, and Reporting modules.
• Direct experience with HR business processes.
• Proven track record in delivery lead or program management roles.
