Lead SAP end-to-end practice services, managing SOWs, operations, and global delivery models. Own S4 HANA upgrades, migrations, and application modernization programs while driving digital transformation as a direct advisor to customer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite and offshore delivery models to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop new service offerings and delivery models aligned with market dynamics.
• Lead talent acquisition and resource forecasting to optimize bench utilization.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to conduct campaigns and increase win ratios.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in SAP consulting, implementations, and global rollouts.
• Deep expertise in SAP S4 HANA Cloud, Analytics, Middleware, and Integrations.
• Proven track record in managing North America SAP implementation and Managed Services customers.
• Extensive experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background in defining GTM strategies with SAP Alliance partners.
• Ability to manage SOWs, growth, operations, and large-scale delivery.
• Experience in cloud migration strategy and enterprise application services.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
