Description

You will develop and maintain SAP integrations within the payroll and finance domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations based on functional specifications or modify existing ones based on feedback.
• Address payroll integration defects and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with business analysts and functional owners.
• Follow change control procedures for all integration modifications.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve code and data quality.
• Provide clear, business-focused updates to the Integration Manager and project leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Proficiency in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures.
• Proven ability to translate functional specifications into integrations for key business processes.
• Technical experience with APIs, middleware, or scripting (SQL, Power Query, Python).
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, including sprint ceremonies and backlog management.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP.
