Lead SAP development projects and manage an offshore team to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP development projects and provide technical guidance across various modules.
• Manage and coordinate offshore SAP development activities to ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using Workflow, Fiori/UI5, Web Dynpro, Portal, BRF+, and LSMW.
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging for complex SAP issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP development.
• Proven experience leading SAP technical teams and coordinating offshore resources.
• Expertise in SAP Workflow and Fiori/UI5.
• Proficiency in Web Dynpro (ABAP/Java).
• Hands-on experience with LSMW, SAP Portal, and BRF+.
• Strong ABAP development and debugging skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA environments.
• SAP certifications in ABAP or Fiori.
