Description

You will develop core business applications and provide technical support for existing client systems in Virginia Beach, VA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop enhancements for existing business applications based on client requests.
• Identify and present technical solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Document approved solutions and coordinate testing according to standard operating procedures.
• Provide after-hours on-call support for emergency and urgent issues as assigned.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development and support.
• Working knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Finance functions.
• Experience performing technical and business evaluations for solution decision-making.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Experience documenting technical solutions in accordance with Information Systems Standards.
• Capability to conduct and document testing on developed solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
