Description

You will own the development and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Core HR, Global Benefits, and Intelligent Services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementations for SF Employee Central with Benefits and SAP HCM integrations.
• Configure and maintain Global Benefits and Intelligent Services within the SuccessFactors suite.
• Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party tools as well as SAP HCM.
• Support business processes related to Core HR and provide client-facing technical service.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core.
• Proven experience with Global Benefits and Intelligent Services modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrations with SAP HCM and external third-party tools.
• At least one successful end-to-end implementation project in SF Employee Central.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Employee Central Certification is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and client service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules beyond Core HR and Benefits.
