Description

Lead technical direction and execute major projects across various systems, including Hybris application development standards and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, integrate, and enhance applications using defined methodologies.
• Provide technical recommendations for design and architecture improvements.
• Lead development teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Document development efforts and establish Hybris application standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Hybris/eCommerce, including configuration and customization.
• Proven experience with Java Enterprise frameworks, understanding class structures and coding frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP/Hybris techno-functional experience integrating eCommerce with fulfillment and customer management.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL, MS SQL, JDBC, EJB3, Hibernate, and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience designing and architecting large, complex websites or eCommerce applications.
• Experience with SAP in a Fortune 1000 or similar enterprise, including requirements gathering.
• Minimum 3 years of technical and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring on enterprise projects.
• Experience implementing B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions.
• Familiarity with GIT tools and setting up local developer environments (e.g., Eclipse/JDK).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
