Description

You will configure and manage SAP DMS integrations for document control.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP DMS integrations using CIDEON software.
• Configure AutoCAD and SolidWorks integrations and migrations with SAP.
• Migrate engineering drawings and documents into SAP DMS using CIDEON.
• Create and manage Document Info Records (DIR) in SAP.
• Configure document structures, characteristics, and object links.
• Work with engineering teams to manage the document lifecycle within SAP.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years configuring AutoCAD integration with SAP.
• 5+ years configuring SolidWorks integration with SAP.
• 5+ years migrating drawings/documents into SAP DMS.
• Experience creating Document Info Records (DIR).
• Experience configuring document structures, characteristics, and object links.
• Experience conducting end-user training.
• Proficiency in Sap Dms and Sap.
