Description

You will configure and manage SAP DMS integrations for document control, ensuring engineering teams can effectively manage the document lifecycle within SAP.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP DMS integrations using CIDEON software.
• Set up AutoCAD and SolidWorks integrations and migrations with SAP.
• Migrate engineering drawings and documents into SAP DMS via CIDEON.
• Create and manage Document Info Records (DIR), document structures, characteristics, and object links.
• Provide end-user training and support while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years configuring AutoCAD integration with SAP.
• 5+ years configuring SolidWorks integration with SAP.
• 5+ years migrating drawings and documents into SAP DMS.
• Proficiency in SAP DMS and SAP.
• Experience creating Document Info Records (DIR).
• Experience configuring document structures, characteristics, and object links.
• Experience conducting end-user training.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
