Description

You will manage and optimize the Document Management System (DMS) within SAP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP DMS to handle the full document lifecycle.
• Integrate DMS with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and modules including MM, PM, and QM.
• Implement metadata management, version control, and workflow automation.
• Optimize document categorization, storage, and retrieval processes.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in SAP DMS configuration and management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in SAP DMS integration.
• Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and metadata configuration.
• Experience implementing version control and workflow automation.
• Understanding of security protocols and document retention policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QM module integration.
• Knowledge of data security and access controls.
