Description

You will own the SAP Record to Report (R2R) domain strategy and architectural roadmap for the division.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the SAP architecture roadmap and strategy, incorporating benchmarking and industry best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex SAP solutions and manage the functional and technical teams to deliver strategic programs.
• Create business-aligned implementation plans, timelines, and milestones for the RMDx SAP domain.
• Set and enforce global architecture standards for ERP solutions and ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Partner with Global Process Owners to identify opportunities for improving the divisional SAP template and expanding functional capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of combined experience in Finance and Information Technology.
• Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (New GL, AR, AP, and Banking).
• Deep knowledge of SAP Controlling (CC, IO, COPA, and CO-PC).
• Experience with SAP FSCM Management, including Credit, Collection, and Dispute Management, plus BCM.
• Proficiency in HFM Consolidation and General Accounting/Record to Report processes.
• Technical knowledge of integration with Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in a highly regulated or highly validated system environment, such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences.
• Experience in a previous supervisor or leadership role.
• Ability to integrate SAP with non-SAP systems and manage middleware integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, or a related specialization.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
