Description

Lead solution architecture for large-scale SAP EAM transformation programs within the Utilities sector. You will define process and technology options from problem definition through deployment, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and automation opportunities including AI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP EAM solutions in S/4HANA environments, covering functional location, equipment, work centers, and task lists.
• Lead engagement efforts across requirement gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW functional design, and integration testing.
• Develop detailed architecture and process artifacts for Intelligent Asset Management solutions (FSM, SSAM, APM) and integrate with third-party tools.
• Connect with senior client stakeholders to demonstrate thought leadership in domain, process, and technology.
• Resolve production issues and contribute to Center of Excellence initiatives while ensuring mastery of Meter to Cash processes.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management implementation and support.
• Deep expertise in S/4HANA and SAP EAM sub-processes including preventive, breakdown, corrective, and calibration maintenance.
• Proficiency in Intelligent Asset Management solutions: SSAM, APM, GEF, FSM, and LAM.
• Strong domain knowledge in Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries.
• Experience in master data management (Functional Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Measuring Points).
• Ability to identify business outcomes and automation opportunities, including AI integration.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs from diagnosis to solution design and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating SAP PM with third-party tools and identifying best practices in EAM.
• Background in leading Unit and Organizational initiatives within a COE structure.
