Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EAM solutions to manage asset lifecycles and maintenance planning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of plant maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Manage master data setup for functional locations, equipment, maintenance plans, BOMs, and task lists.
• Integrate EAM with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and HR modules to optimize asset lifecycle processes.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and training materials; collaborate with cross-functional teams to report on asset utilization and KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM or Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and HR modules.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and user training.
• Experience in maintenance planning and process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance or EAM.
