Description

You will implement and manage SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions, ensuring alignment with asset management strategies and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP EAM solutions aligned with asset management strategies.
• Configure and implement SAP Plant Maintenance components, including Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Equipment Master Data, Functional Locations, and Work Orders.
• Ensure integration between EAM/PM and SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, and PP.
• Develop and optimize maintenance plans, task lists, and maintenance strategies to improve asset reliability.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and EAM-related system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP EAM/PM configuration and business processes.
• Hands-on experience within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Proficiency with SAP EAM, S/4HANA, ABAP, Basis, and FI/CO.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management for equipment, functional locations, and BOMs.
• Understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Experience with testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
