Description

You will lead the design and implementation of SAP EAM business processes and functional requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design business processes, including characteristics and KPIs, to meet functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the Application Architect to create process blueprints and establish business requirements.
• Lead a team responsible for Business Process Design (BPD), design, and implementation within the SAP scope.
• Align business processes to application functionality to minimize customization.
• Coordinate with client teams to gather requirements and advise on industry best practices within an agile delivery framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP EAM (EA M) processes.
• Proven experience managing BPD and implementation teams.
• Ability to design business process blueprints and KPIs.
• Experience working within an agile delivery framework.
• Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met.
• Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
