Description

You will lead and support SAP EAM implementations and rollouts across asset-intensive industries.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Asset Master Data, Maintenance, and Shutdown Management.
• Configure SAP EAM components including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, and Work Orders.
• Support end-to-end maintenance processes from notification through order settlement.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with development teams for necessary enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM.
• At least 12+ years of experience in SAP EAM implementation projects.
• Good understanding of core maintenance business processes.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Experience writing detailed functional specifications.
• Proficiency in interacting with business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and SAP FI/CO module integrations.
• Experience with SAP PM Mobile or Fiori Apps.
