Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end warehouse management processes within SAP ECC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement inbound processes including goods receipt, placement, intercompany transactions, and returns.
• Configure outbound processes for sales orders, cost center transfers, scrapping, and vendor returns.
• Manage internal warehouse movements such as production supply, raw material returns, bin-to-bin transfers, and material status changes.
• Oversee physical inventory management, including cycle counting, reconciliation, and master data configuration for storage bins and control cycles.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into system configurations, lead UAT testing, and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC Warehouse Management (WM).
• Proven track record of multiple full life-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processing.
• Hands-on experience configuring warehousing master data, storage bins, and control cycles.
• Strong knowledge of physical inventory processes and cycle counting.
• Integration experience with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP PP modules.
• Ability to develop monitoring processes and KPIs for inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within a warehouse management context.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically regarding compliance and traceability.
