Description

You will lead SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations with a focus on payroll and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process requirements.
• Manage full life-cycle implementations for SAP EC Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll.
• Execute data replication between EC and ECP using Point to Point or BIB/CPI methods.
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, bank transfers, and postings to G/L accounts.
• Develop EC data models, workflows, MDF alerts, business rules, and document templates.

Required Skills

• 8 to 13 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Payroll.
• Expertise in Indian Payroll, including taxation, benefits, and statutory reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EC, SuccessFactors EC, and SAP ECP modules.
• Proficiency in Payroll Control Center, EC Time off, and WF.
• Technical knowledge of Wage Type characteristics, Processing/Cumulation classes, and Statutory Infotypes.
• Proven experience with SAP GL and payroll postings.
• Experience managing data integration and replication (Point to Point, BIB/CPI).
• Participation in at least two full SAP implementation projects.
• Certification in either SF EC or ECP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Understanding of global performance management processes.
