Description

Lead full-lifecycle SAP EC Payroll and HCM Payroll implementations, designing and configuring applications to meet business process requirements.

You will manage integration between EC and ECP using Point-to-Point Replication or EC to On-Premise BIB/CPI. Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, G/L account postings, and bank transfer setups. Develop EC data models, workflows, MDF Alerts, business rules, benefits, and time off configurations. Anchor system support activities and develop necessary business documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle SAP EC and HCM Payroll implementations.
• Manage EC/ECP integration via Point-to-Point Replication or BIB/CPI.
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, G/L postings, and bank transfers.
• Develop EC data models, workflows, MDF Alerts, and business rules.
• Anchor system support and create technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8 to 13 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Payroll.
• Deep expertise in Indian Payroll, including taxation, benefits, and statutory reports.
• Proven experience with SuccessFactors EC/ECP modules and SF Compensation.
• Technical proficiency in Payroll Control Center, Wage Type characteristics, and Statutory Infotypes.
• Hands-on experience with EC Time off, ECP, and Workflows.
• Demonstrated involvement in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Certification in at least one of SuccessFactors EC or ECP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GL and data integration processes.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of global performance management processes.
• Experience working within global support environments and cross-cultural teams.
