Description

You will serve as the Employee Central Payroll Lead for payroll implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple payroll implementations from design through deployment.
• Own the overall solution design and implementation process.
• Lead workshops to provide functional and technical guidance to the team and client.
• Direct the technical direction of payroll migration and integration tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation roles.
• Deep understanding of US payroll requirements.
• Deep understanding of Canadian payroll requirements.
• Proven experience leading payroll implementation projects.
• Ability to provide technical and functional guidance in client workshops.
• Experience with SAP ECC Payroll.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP ECC Payroll to Employee Central migrations.
