Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, aligning with business goals.
• Implement and advocate for Agile best practices, guiding Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Gather requirements and define project scope by collaborating closely with stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
• Act as a product owner when required, defining vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Proven experience leading Agile development projects using Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong background in Project Management and delivering complex software projects.
• Expertise in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in multiple Release & Change Management styles (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative).
• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex project challenges.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering, scoping, and planning sessions across teams.
