Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
• Conduct business workshops and blueprinting sessions to analyze current processes and design future state solutions.
• Configure SAP EAM modules (PM/SM, PS) to meet specific business requirements.
• Define and document functional specifications for custom developments, integrations, and data migration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance functional roles.
• Experience delivering at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, including S/4HANA EAM.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP EAM modules: PM, SM, and PS.
• Deep understanding of integration points with SAP modules like MM, FI, and CRM.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system designs.
• Experience managing engagement risk and project deliverables.
