Description

You will own the SAP EPPM function within construction finance projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage construction projects in SAP CA-EPPM, defining WBS elements, cost centers, and internal orders.
• Monitor and analyze project costs using SAP FICO and PS, implementing cost control and variance analysis.
• Lead forecasting cycles using SAP tools, refining ETC models with project managers to identify financial risks.
• Apply IFRS-compliant revenue recognition methods and ensure audit readiness for project financials.
• Oversee final cost reconciliation, manage project closure within SAP, and conduct post-mortem analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in construction accounting with SAP.
• Expertise in SAP CA-EPPM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, and PS.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and financial controls.
• Ability to act as a liaison between finance, project teams, and IT.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
