Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP supply chain execution projects across global business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to design and implement SAP functionalities supporting sales, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Integrate SAP SD, MM, LE, IM, WM, and EWM with front-end channels like B2B e-Commerce and POS, as well as back-end solutions like SAP Retail and Data Warehouse.
• Perform functional and technical analysis to propose design solutions, estimate level of effort, and manage change requests.
• Define project scope, gather business requirements, and formulate roadmaps and project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive test cycles to ensure smooth production deployment and successful handover to support teams.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of functional design and configuration experience in SAP SD, MM, and LE in a project lead capacity.
• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, core functionalities, and migration methodologies.
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
• Deep experience in global business processes: sales, delivery, shipping, consignment, billing, purchasing, inventory management, procure-to-pay, STO, and intercompany processes.
• Hands-on experience with system interfaces including IDOC, RFC, EDI, XML, and API.
• Proficiency in ABAP program debugging and analyzing custom programs.
• Extensive functional design experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, and reports.
• Technical knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, BRF+, and Enterprise Portal.
• Experience managing complex projects using onsite and offshore models across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP SM, WM, and EWM.
• Exposure to SAP archiving strategies, custom compliance, APO integration, and 3PL EDI integration.
