Description

You will lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the SAP ERP system for discrete manufacturing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the SAP ERP roadmap aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, FI/CO) for discrete manufacturing.
• Manage end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Lead the global SAP support team to resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis, and maintain system documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: PP, MM, SD, WM, QM, and FI/CO.
• Experience integrating SAP with systems like MES, PLM, and CRM.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience managing global, cross-cultural project teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and translating business needs to technical solutions.
