Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP ERP implementation projects, managing scope, budgets, and timelines from initiation through cutover.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Oversee integration of SAP modules with legacy systems and third-party applications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cutover planning and execution, ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience, with 7+ years leading SAP ERP implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP projects in a matrixed or global environment.
• Proven track record managing and leading an SAP Public Cloud implementation from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in project management software, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Agile and traditional waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Program Management and Project Management practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Applications.
