Description

Lead large-scale, complex IT application projects from business case through to implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-visibility ERP implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects with budgets ranging from $25M to $50M.
• Own the full project lifecycle including budget management, resource allocation, planning, execution, and risk analysis.
• Direct end-to-end technical implementations covering hardware installation, environment setup, software deployment, integration, and data management.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules, track milestones, and perform actual vs. planned analysis with monthly cost forecasting.
• Facilitate technical and non-technical meetings to capture requirements and present status to steering committees.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a large-scale IT Project Management environment.
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects valued between $25M and $50M within a PMO.
• Direct experience managing ERP implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft.
• Expertise in Hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience developing resource-loaded schedules.
• Strong competency in budget management and monthly cost forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects and vendors simultaneously.
• Advanced understanding of Program Management processes and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with the Stage Gate Process.
